worst ever experience. nothing was good. no room service. dirty room and broken things. I didn't stay there at night and booked another hotel to sleep. I want my amount to be refunded.

brilliant experience. staff of the hotel is very co-operative, especially Mr. Munna. if you call at reception, Mr. Munna will receive it and he is solve any of your problem in seconds. I came from Punjab for business purpose and stayed in this hotel. in the starting I thought that the hotel is not upto that grade. but when I saw their treatment, it was much better than a 4-5 star hotel staff. they make you feel at home. I recommend people to stay here even with their families...
