Room was too small not as per the standards and the toilet was horrible no space at all. and food was horrible. Not upto the standards. not much valuable as they charge. I booked the premium room and the scenario is this I don't know the scenes for executive rooms. Don stay here

It was a pleasant stay, though, only for a day. Rooms were good and neat and clean. Good value for money. Also, 10 min walk to the metro station. Overall, good experience.

The water in the shower wasn't available just before checkout and in the tap hot water wasnt there as there was some problem with the geyser. They took a lifetime to get me a bucket of hot water. Had to remind them twice for ironing. Washrooms are clean, hygienic, room is good, morning breakfast was good but the housekeeping..NO

Worst ever experience of my entire Hotel bookings. Absolutely unhygienic and the Manager is very rude and unprofessional.My observation 1. wrongly mentioning this Hotel. Completely misguided, intentionally or unintentionally. However the representative put all his efforts to get the cancellation done ( but couldn't in absence of support ) 2. You will not be able to escape as it's a prepaid booking, and not able to get any refund - even after raising concerns.3. The rooms were very dirty and seemed like a Lodge. Nowhere near to hygiene.
