room was ok, bedsheets were not even changed. breakfast options were every bad, brown bread was stale, everyday they were serving idli which was again sad.
need to improve food quality and taste

it was good. nice staff and food. service time needs improvement. had to call multiple times for the smallest things which should have been there.

Booked for 2 persons (couples ) room but got 2 queen size separate bed, and also room key was not working, personally went down and informed to receptionist 2 times and after almost 15-20mins they opened the door manually.

Review : The Hotel had some renovations work going on and it was too noisy in spite of telling them the torture didn’t stop nor the room was changed . Had terrible headache during the stay

Overall good experience. housekeeping was good, food was excellent.

They gave Classic room while I booked Premium room. Their manager just refused to accept and insisted that you booked.There was no space in room to keep even a small bag leave aside suitcase etc. Bathroom was very very small.Breakfast was good.Location is very good.
