It was a decent stay, though the room wasn't that good, we weren't provided any extra blanket, and the one we had wasn't effective against cold, room wasn't properly insulated, the cupboard was dirty

View is good but Room is not good. We hoped bed for 2 person but they have joined 2 single beds and this is very uncomfortable to sleep.

Worst hotel to stay. Not provided even the basic services like TV, electric kettle, Wi-Fi in the deluxe rooms for which they charged exorbitant amount of Rs.2300/ per room. Not recommended. Visitors should avoid this hotel.

Hi,
the reviews have unnecessarily hyped the service of this hotel, it's not at all value for money, poor service poor food qaulity and no cleaniness and hygiene.

good bengali hotel in upper pelling. view from Balcony is awesome. good quality food at reasonable price. highly recommend to bengali tourists
