Very old property with no upgradations. Dirty interiors, wires hanging around, old locking system, foul odour, unhygienic washroom.

Stay experience-- except for its location (a stone's throw away from the Mysore Palace), not a very comfortable hotel to stay; car parking facility is there. Restaurant facilities are minimal and the house keeping needs vast improvement

we stayed here for 2 days . this stay is very near to Mysore palace. only 500 meters distance to Mysore palace . all places easily accessible from this hotel. rooms are specious and good.and staffs were too good especially Smitha. thanks for the service.

untidy rooms.
mosquitoes problem.
no room service.
mattress and blankets were dirty.
pathetic conditions of bathrooms.
beds were in really bad condition.

Bathroom conditions are very bad and not up to the mark.Bedsheets were not washed, not sure how many used that before. We are paying more than enough for the room and getting the unwashed towels and Bedsheets and also the bedsheets were torn. Overall it is a Bad experience by choosing this Hotel.

Worst day of my life I booked in this hotel, The experience I had from the time I stayed in the hotel till leaving the hotel cannot be described in words.
Worst hotel. Not like shown in pictures originally.
1. Bathroom flush was not working.
2. Basin tap was leaking.
3. Blanket was untidy, with no cover.
4. Door lock was not proper.
5. Wardrobe door was not locking.
6. Tv model was box one. Old model
7.Phone was not working due to which unable to contact reception
8. Hot kettle was very much dirty
9. Overall room was untidy and was not in a condition to stay

AC not working well...Otherwise, we enjoyed the hospitality. Good place to stay provided they fix these issues...
