I have booked this stay and reached there ... The staff was so rude. After the arguments he handed over the room key and we got a small room. The fan and AC were not working and they won't provide any basic facilities such as soap,bath towel etc.Then we told him that we are not ready to be there so he replied we can leave but they won't refund the amount ...The caretaker who had given us another room but that was also disgusting... I couldn't sleep for 03 days due to the mosquito bite and bathroom doors were open .. which doesn't have lock .....Overall experience was awful

it's a NYC hotel.
we are there for two nyt only.
Any1 can choose this hotel by closing their eye

hotel is average and staff are good.. swimming pool is available but there are charging 200per head for one hour
