The room is all good. Service is bad (front desk). I did not eat the food, so there is no comment... I got the TV channel after the person came and recharged it the next day...

I had a wonderful experience at the panoramic. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!
