The room and washroom were not clean at all.The bedsheet was also very dirty.
Ac was not working.The hotel staff was not responding properly. I'll not book hotel Park Lagoon again.

Hotel location was Good, Food was tasty, Sefty was ok, Room No -209 uncomfortable,Air condition Not perfect place to Put , Room was 1970 type , Colour, toilet 🚽 was Dirty , toilet flash Clips 📎 not there, we have check out time 8am after that our luggage 🧳 keep it in Reception and it was a big area, So keet in last of corner,But Mr Nihal from Hotel Reception He said You Don't keep it here because we have to wash the floor, I told him I So arrly morning one of house keeping Staff Already Done ...more

I had booked two triple-bed rooms for three nights but upon arrival, I was given one triple-bed room and the other was a double-bed room with an extra cot. Additionally, one of the rooms was missing a TV, as shown in the pictures. While an electric kettle was provided, no milk or other ingredients for making tea were available. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, as they do not deliver the services.
