We had booked our stay for 02 nights at Hotel Park Plaza.
The hotel looks completely different as compared to the photos seen on Google.
So when we checked into our assigned room, it was already stinking and also there was no water in flush in the washroom and the intercom wasn't functioning to report the issue to the reception and so had to call from personal number.
The bedsheets & towels were unclean and on reporting the issue, room service in charge replaced it with the fresh ones and ask ...more

The hotel is conveniently located near to the Railway Station. The overall upkeep needs lots of improvement. Cleanliness needs to improve.The travellers may look for better options to stay nearby.

lots of mosquito in room... charged extra Rs. 500 as my train reached by 9 am and their checkout time was 12. no restaurent in the hotel... staff is helpful... hotel policy not traveller friendly...

Room was ok. Had oil stains on the bed sheets. Didnt receive a proper parking. Had to park on road side of a narrow and busy street. Only after reaching home I noticed a scratch on my car bonet which was definitely from the hotel
