The room was different from photo shown in picture ..... very small room not as the room size mentioned.... heater not available ac noise is huge and temperature could not be adjusted.......

horrible experience, the receptionist his name was vishnu i guess he treated us very rudely , late checkin he made us wait and was not even polite , just behaving so rude

Very bad experience from treatment from staff and couldiny see any smiling faces there.No room boys.From reception they see us as we came to beg or borrow..and they given it by their mercy atlast.Will not go there again..

Overall average experience....
the rooms was good...
Front desk staff behaviour was very rude ,they need more training...and the service also is very slow, we are requested for two plates they taken more than 30 mints to give ....

Luxury Business class room Worth the money you spent. It is affordable compared to the quality of room and service. I booked a deluxe A/C room and it was the the best room I booked for this price. Also the building and facility is modern built, so that it beats many old star hotels.
