It is a nicely located property especially for those who have to take a halt on the way to pune ! Clean and cozy room with enough parking available .. easy to fit 3 people in a room Breakfast was good too Great location

A clean and spacious room size, parking and restaurant facility is available. Recommended for the people passing through Kolhapur avoiding city rush... recommended. No disturbance at all, a couple of restaurants are available near the location for food lovers.

We recently stayed at Hotel Park Tree in Kolhapur, and I was quite disappointed with my experience, particularly due to the service at reception. When we arrived around 3pm (which was informed to them in and the readiness of our room was assured by front desk on call), there was no one at the front desk "lunch break at 3.30 !", which left me relying on a security guard to hand me my room key without any proper check-in process. Wonderful and Awesome experience in this hotel, i liked each and everything like, parking facility, cleanliness, politeness of staff and response of staff and the food quality and amount of food is very superb, most important thing Rooms are nice and superb clean and clean fresh Environment...ni disturbance from anywhere.. Hotel Staff was good and gave us specific parking spot for our premium bikes. They also provided us food late in the night on our arrival on our special request.

Comfortable stay with for stop over on Mumbai Bangalore highway near Kolhapur. It is basic hotel, rooms and hotel premises is kept very clean. Food is good. Cons: There is no lift and all rooms are on first floor. If you are travelling with elderly person please be careful. View is not good, Hotel is situated behind a petrol pump!
