Weird average experience. Dinner was bad and too priced for quality. The in charge Mr. Mansoor was trying to be helpful but his behaviour did not sit well with me. However, he did help us with timely checkout by getting us a shikara to go to the pier at 6:45 AM. Overall, not great value for money and I would think twice before choosing this.

This was my 2nd experience in a house boat. Nigeen lake is more peaceful and beautiful. Excellent location, awesome view from the sitting area. Comfortable rooms and simple yet tasty food. I suggest you take a shikara ride on the nigeen lake.

This is one of the best houseboats if you are looking for peace and isolation,Away from a city life. Will definitely rejuvenate you. you must stay minimum for 3days. Best hospitality and caretaker, Owner or the houseboat is Mr. Bashir ahmed is gem of a person always there for fulfulling all the demand of ours, his behavior made us feel at home, Plus his son's name Rahil and Yakoob were very nice too. They made sure for our comfort and safety all the time. That was my second trip in within 3months. and we are already planning for the 3rd visit in the month of january.

It was a great experience of houseboat. Neat and clean accommodation. Heater facility was awsome. Houseboat is in Nageen lake and quite peaceful atmosphere and less crowded. View from house boat is very good. All facilities, rooms, washroom, heater, dining hall everything was perfect. Food is awesome and home made. Complementary Shikara pickup was really very good. Overall this houseboat is value for money. Manager Dhin and Mushtaq were great.

Booked 1 Night in Dec 2016 but stayed 2 more nights as couldn't leave because of the ambience, service & Food. Staff was very attentive and cooperative. Good was delicious and as per our requirement. Shikara crossing from gate to houseboat was complimentary provided by the houseboat. Owner Raheel Bhai, Was very humble and informative for our rest of trip.
