please improve you're Washroom and wifiI recently stayed at Hotel Muscatel Roma in Darjeeling, and it was one of the best decisions of our trip! From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us like family. It looks like an old building built by a king which is not maintained properly. The basement rooms are dump,stinking and not fit for living in any way.The hotel staff does not care much about the visiters. It seems like the owner does not have time to look after all this.But I want to say 'thank you' to upgrade my room.

Food is good but service is slow. Rooms are basic as expected in place like pelling . We faced power cut ,only one bulb was switched on via alternate source, could not charge our mobile. They can certainly improve that. Kids above 6, stay is not free. Geyser was working but it takes a while to heat the water.

Well maintained room along with clean washroom. Room was spacious and got a small balcony to enjoy some time. From balcony there was view of kanchunjungha if weather is not cloudy.
We stayed for 3 nights and faced no problem, and stuffs were also humble and polite.
Overall a budget friendly and reasonable stay.
Family friendly stay.
