it was a good overall experience. the staff were really friendly and they also helped us with the luggage both while checking in and out as we had our 3 yr old daughter with us.

Very nice stay . Can book for a short stay. Very near to edapally. Clean and tidy room . Served decent breakfast fast as well. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Overall a very good experience.

i am very disappointed with the stay and the reception staff's behavior. they gave us a small room downstairs the receptionist was unhelpful.

Stayed here for one night as a stopover for the airport as I had a morning flight and this hotel is relatively close.
We had booked a room for three as my parents were also with me. The first room they put us in was ridiculously small, and by all accounts should not be given to a party of three. We requested a larger room and were asked to pay INR 500 extra, which we did.
The second room was marginally bigger. The "extra bed" was then brought into the room, along with a pile of grubby mismatch ...more

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The property is near to Lulu Mall (just 10 minute walk). What really impressed me was the customer service. Everyone was so friendly and helpful - they made sure to meet our every need. I highly recommend Phoenix Holidays, if you're looking for a great place to stay! Thank you
