Best stay in Calangute, near the main road. It had a very good and affordable price to stay near the beach with the family. The owner is very helpful and friendly.

Mattresses are not so good with dirty pillow,
Toilet and bathroom are just Ok,

the owner has not given any soaps warm blanket not provided
the bathroom mat was in very poor condition
the ac was not turned on from the owner's side till the check out from the check in
tv didn't have signals in one room

The owner was accomodating as I reached the place little early than checkin time and they were able to help me out. The rooms were good with apt windows and cleanliness.
They were able to help us out with vehicles for rent.

It is a very nice room, The owner is also very friendly n supportive for everything. only AC cooling was a little slow. but overall it is good.
10 min walking to Calangute beach from home.
everyday owner clean room.
I will again visit to this location again
