resort staff hospitality very good and supportive in all aspects.. they served very good kerala food. pool was missing and for breakfast they can add omlete /egg for diet. still good place to stay

A decent stay.. service was rlly good.. nice brkfast..not a very crowded place.. purely into nature..away from town.. still the kalpetta town is within 5km.. the view from balcony is very calming... their restaurant and pool is under renovation now.. will open soon... had a nice time at the stay..

Saying this property is a resort is totally misleading. The cost they charge is for a resort, but the room and facilities are disappointing. This place should be considered a homestay, and it's not at all value for money considering the facilities provided by other resorts in Wayanad at the same price point. The good part is that the view from the room is nice, but the sheets they put up below the room totally spoiled the ambiance. There was a power issue, and parking is on the roadside. Another good part is that the staff is good and cooperative. The food is average.

Our stay at the wood house room was nothing short of magical. The ambience was enchanting and we felt rejuvenated from the first moment. And combined with top-notch service provided by the whole staff was second to none. Special mention for the amazing chef which is also the reason we can't wait to return.
