Definitely not a 4 Star. View was awesome. But, there was no maintainance for swimming pool and near dining area, everyone are touching food with the hands they ate and the staff was not warning that. Rooms were clean but, Hot water will only come for 3mins. Again you have to wait for 15mins to get heated. Is this called 4 star? But location wise it's excellent. Service, Quality, Attentiveness of staff was just 2 rating

it was good but not excellent. infrastructure needs to still improve. being 4 star resort, hot water facility is too bad. we need to wait for 15mins in case other person should take bath. we just get hot water for only 5mins and it stops. also, house keeping is not so quick. nice but not wow place. but, view is excellent
