The hotel is really very costly for the services it provides. If you are going here on week days you will have pathetic complementry breakfast. They have put a so called mini bar in each rooms where they have put some biscuits, chocolates and namkeen. Costs of these items are 5-6 times more than MRP and the same will be billed at the time of checkout. WiFi doesn't work most of the times or has very bad reception. We had stayed 1 day (26th jan 2024)at Poppys,Kodaikkanal. The stay was wonderful. The property was good with all amenities. Staff also were co operative. Complementary break fast was also good. Giving 4 star..
