Booked a single AC room. Staff are cooperative, location is very good, cleanliness is just ok and AC was good. Overall an average place for affordable price suitable for max 2 days stay only. It's very close to Chottanikara temple with many restaurants nearby... No issues encountered during my 1 day stay.

Very bad experience, we booked one 6bed room and One double room they provide us one 4 bed room and one double room, room and bathroom is in bad condition and not clean, no toiletries, Water bottle.. etc..
Ac was noisy and stopped working after sometime. Worst experience ever.

I stayed in room 309. They are using black bedsheet to hide stains and were not washed properly. There were high amount of dust on ac grills and window along with cob webs. Only room provided not even one bottle of water.
