In one word horrible to book rooms in hotel Pravupada through Go Ibibo. The room is in 3rd floor but the elevator service is upto 2nd floor.My mother is 70years old having knee issues need to walk every time despite giving the best price for the room.

Manager here was quite insulting in behaviour. I was on beach and he told me to checkout in 10 mint. However, I returned back and and while dressing myself, manager started misbehaving. By rule, you can charge for delay checkout . I were willing to pay. But he insulted me infront of my parents and yelling to get out immediately. This is quite disturbing for me and mood breaker of trip. Staff like him are Red Flag for hospitality sector. It's hard to give them one star also. Be aware of staying here if you love your reputation.

Good Hotel. Food quality needs improvement. Very rigid lady receptionist. Needs to be humble and polite. Male members are good and helpful. Nice location and Peaceful ambience

We booked a sea facing room with balcony but got a family room. It happened twice in the same hotel. Though the staffs, food and ambiance of the hotel was very nice but food price was very high.

excellent hospitality, amenities and food food a bit costly but very tasty and good. pet friendly and cosy. staff cooperative. swimming pool shated with next hotel. amasing stay with family. buffet breakfast spread was good and tasty.

the hotel was good and the food was also nice. the best part is it's on the sea beach. but the room is small as per price and the swimming pool is placed in a wrong place what i found. overall i feel it's a little costly basing the amenities it has.
