very bed experience...it seems under construction.. broken windows,open space for mosquitos. bathroom was very dirty,no hot water,no hotel service. worst hotel

This Hotel is awesome. It is very close to Gaya Railway Station, just a distance of 5 minutes walking. It provides hot water for bathing. The hotel is very very clean. The staff is very cooperative. They provided us a very good Pandit for Pooja. The stay was awesome. The Vishnu Pad Temple is around 3.5km from the hotel. Auto Rikshaw is available from this Hotel to Vishnu Pad Temple. They will charge Rs.30 per seat. We highly recommend this hotel.

Not for people who want to study before exam. Ventilators are open above the doors, so lot of noise enters to your room. No towel etc was given. Overall not very good experience.

Hotel is situated approximately 200 mtr. away from railway station. It is situated in Laxman sahay lane , just infront of railway station main gate. Hotel is good . only issue is that washroom is very small. It is situated nearby railway station it attract more to visit this hotel as a business traveller.

There is it's my first experience in the Hotel Prem. I appreciate hotel staff for allow me chek in earlier. But when I entered the room , we have found that bedsheet is dirty ( it's may not been changed) and Blanket also not clean. I also request him to change the same but he has ignore the same

Due to renovation they shifted my booking to another hotel and told that they had arranged and informed that hotel manager about that.so we don't have to pay over there as it was already paid. But at the time of check-out the started asking for payment and all.I have to show my booking details in early morning while we were getting late for train.

Rat roaming around, wrong position of drawer and bed , As the room get hot time by time,less comfort was found. otherwise hotel staff were helpful and cooperative
