hotel was good ,room and washroom was clean and the main thing was their food quality was awesome ,they allow us a 6hrs early checkin, the staff was good and room service was excellent

booked this hotel in june. while location nd decor is okay, the hotel is small. staff not very considerate. faced problems with extremely loud music there which was organised for a personal party. which is highly unacceptable if you are travelling with kids and elderly. food too was okay. but experience wasn't the best.

The location of the hotel is just 10 minutes from the mall road let me not forget the hospitality of the staff members as well as the owner Mr Amit Arora very polite helpful the hotel has just everything as one could need during the stay the food especially was good .

This is a excellent resort with amazing service quality and cleanliness and location very well maintained to the superior levels and the location is also fantastic keeping all the aspects in mind I find this hotel a very good option to stay in Manali.

Its good to stay there. Service was good and stay was also fine there. Service was perfect there. I had my food also and I liked that. Location is beautifully located. Its a very neat and clean.

Overall it's a comfortable stay. Staff is polite and helpful. Rooms are well furnised and clean. Hotel just need to work on their kitchen. Kitchen timings aren't proper for early risers. As far as stay concern its a good deal. They had improved alot in their hotel. I had stayed here around 4 years back. Just improve your kitchen ( quality of non veg )
