we were struggling with a baby for 3 hours to find this office location. we want refund immediately. Hotel staff stopped receiving our calls after 2 calls and in those 2 calls they could not tell us the exact location. My baby and all 3 of us suffered extremely in Mumbai traffic for 3 hours and hotel staff was extremely rude. we had to go to another hotel and had to spend a huge amount on 11th hour. I WANT FULL REFUND AS WE NEVER ENTERED PRESTIGE INN AND IT WAS A HUGE SUFFERING.
