Good location on the north cliff. Beach is just under the cliff and at walkable distance. Good restaurants are also just within few meters of distance.
Room is quite basic and cover all the needful.

Very beautiful homestay at prime location..overlooking the varkala beach situated on the cliff. The staff and owner are very generous people. They have a surfing school also with very good instructors. 10/10 recommended 👍

Locations wise very good, you can see the sea from your balcony. Rooms are not so clean, lot of cockroach ants were there inside room. Washroom was clean but some equipments are faulty. With respect to price room was not upto the mark. The staff behavior was good.
