The hotel is awesome, and the staff is very nice. We accidentally booked our stay for the wrong date (a day later), but they were very accommodating, provided us with a room, managed everything, and didn’t charge any extra amount.
Nice room with little cozy bed as well

OVERALL- recommended. good in budget category, good value for money.
LOCATION- right at the town center, where the bus stops/ starts in chail. lots of shops & restaurants on the same street, everything available. STAFF- polite.
AMMENITIES- rooms are very large with all necessary amenities provided, including hot water. no food.
CLEANLINESS- very clean room, bathroom, sheets, pillows.

Overall an average stay! (26-06-21 To 27-06-21)
Pros:
1) The only hotel facing the small Chail Bazaar.
2) Proximity to the local restaurants and Dhabas.
3) Spacious and beautiful rooms.
4) Availability of hot & cold water.
5) Availability of free of cost Toilet rolls, handwash & soap. Although, towels were not given due to COVID.
Cons:
1) Hygiene could be better for both rooms and the washrooms
