neat and clean, hot water available, prompt response, sufficient drinking water provided, ample parking, peaceful, only thing quite far from lake...book if ur coming by car

Had a good stay! The place was well-maintained with a pleasant ambience and beautiful mountain view. The staff were well-behaved and courteous. Only drawback is that it's located a bit deep inside, but overall a great experience. Highly Recommended

The queen rooms are pathetic The service is pathetic, you will need to follow up 10 times for getting a bottle of water The cleaning service is not provided daily, if you ask for it they will refuse Balconies only available in premium king rooms The food is also not good and is very costly , double egg omelet costs 105 Cockroaches in room, no power backup , in the night time there will be power cut without backup So many reasons to not opt this

Purple Orchid rooms were great to stay. Only thing is about reaching there. Nearly 8 to 10 kms from Kodaikanal City. But other than it, rooms were clean, Services by resort people were good.
