We stayed at Black Beach Resort during our Varkala trip. The location is lovely — close to the beach and peaceful surroundings. We had booked a non-view room, so we weren’t expecting much in terms of scenery, which was fine. However, the room had quite a few mosquitoes, which made our stay uncomfortable, especially since we were traveling with a child. Another major concern was the lack of a restaurant on the property. I booked non Ac 3 rooms for 8 of us friend's gang. The rooms were smelly, dirty and the walls were with fungus, and paints were all peeled and hanging. The landline was not working, No proper room service Everyday we should approach them and ask for water bottles. And the swimming pool there was so salty and filled with chlorine and chemicals, we all got rashes and skin allergies after staying in for just 30 mins. So far the worst place I have stayed after for 2 nights. Rachnas black beach resort should be banned and closed because of its poor hygiene and quality.

"i was disappointed to find that the bed in my room had not been properly cleaned. the bed cover appeared unwashed, and overall hygiene standards were below expectations. i hope the hotel management addresses this issue promptly to ensure better cleanliness for future guests."

the room was not cleaned and the bathroom door was stuck when we locked it. the hospitality was very poor, the reception night duty guy was very broad talking on the phone. the room was very small and had a lot of furniture.

Please don’t ever book this.. room is so ugly and total fungus ,I have checked all the room .all the rooms are same ..don’t book

the hotel rooms are not maintained cleanly. room was completely wet as well. only positive is swimming pool otherwise i dont recommend

went there with family. rooms are average issue is- there was no water in the washroom. told the staff multiple times to check the water. need to tell half an hr befor to check the water if you want to use bathroom. morning also same incident happened. less staff - watchmen used to come to room to provide towels, bedsheets.

Worst hotel .dosesnt have any kind of neat and clean and its waste of money and we went to check with black beach group of hotels also, if we booked. they are giving worst rooms if we booked, they are giving best rooms we booked through directly them with high cost pls guys.

I requested a date change for my booking from February 21st - 22nd to March 1st - 2nd via customer care call , but it remains unresolved. As my request aligns with your modification policy, I expect this change to be made without any extra payment. Despite following the process, I have not received any confirmation, causing inconvenience. I kindly request immediate action to update my booking as per my request.
