stay was good location was good but the breakfast facility is not available in the hotel for breakfast the guest hour required to visit the adjacent building which is quite embarrassing. rest is ok

Your hotel didn't allow me to check in at hotel, they forbade us due to coz (local ID not allowed) today. While on 15th Jan they allowed us to checked in. That time there was no rule. So you are requested to reimburse my amount. It was not a good experience at all today.

The hotel is very good. It’s the best bet if you are looking for a stay at Kanpur. Food at DNG was also good. it's at a walkable distance from the Gurudev Metro station which make it even better from Connectivity point of view. I came to Kanpur for my kids admission at IITK and found it very good.
