We had a pleasant stay, made even better by the courteous and helpful staff. The reception team was quick to respond to our queries and allowed us to view a few rooms before checking in. Special thanks to Anakha for her patience and cheerful attitude—she went out of her way to assist us. Rose at the front desk was also very friendly and welcoming.

Posh and clean property in mid of Kochi city . Rooms are really good n spacious with number of amenities. Breakfast spread is very good with lot of option. Room dinning food is tasty but on costlier side with less amount

rooms were quite small, its not like other radisson room. table, tv etc just adjusted in the room without any design thought.

Location of the property is in the down town& just about ok. Thou interiors have been done recently but their room scheme is quite confusing. They upgraded us & claimed it to be a bigger room but actually bed was quite small, then I insisted to be shifted to some other room which according to them had a smaller bed, but it was found to be having a King bed, when I asked the staff they were confused as well & admitted the faux pas.
