staff behavior was good however there was no network in the room, bathroom locks were not working and bathroom was not so clean

very bad experience in this hotel, actually they should change their name to "Raghunandan homestay", very rude behaviour of staff, situated in the 6 feet narrow lane, no geyser switch in room, you have to ask them for switch on the geyser, you have to handover your phone to the reception manager for connecting wi-fi, they don't share password to you, this kind of bad experience I have never faced in any hotel,

my experience in raghunandan recidency is quite good. all the facilities mentioned while booking the room was available there. staffs are very helpful and cooperative. overall i enjoyed my stay in raghunandan recidency.

excellent hotel at this price & in the prime location. Just 1 minute from swargadwar Beach. outside food allowed here. all staffs behavior is also very polite. they will come in front of your door at any time for your any problem. meneral water is totally free of cost provided by the hotel. cleanness is also a plus point. you will never regret staying here.

The washroom is very small.. The room is too small.. Home appliances are so noisy..Light is not present properly.. It is a low average hotel..But the hotel is too close to the sea..this is one advantage.

Room was damp, Rats were roaming outside the room, suffocating inside, blanket provided was lots of holes, wooden almirah was broken.... However staffs behaviour was good and supportive.

Positive: Staff behaviour is good. Allowed early check in. Cleaning regularly done. Negative: Room size little bit small. No basin or shelf available in bathroom.
