This review system is not having to give minus review. So that I have given 1 review.
This is the worst hotel I have ever seen in munnar.
- Worst maintenance.
- Flush and charging sockets are not working in 3 rooms.
- Food is below average
- if want to enjoy munnar, don't book this hotel.

hotel to crash for a night. Don’t expect anything more. The prices were 2-3 times higher during year-end but services remained the same.

We booked this hotel but by 5:20 pm someone from the hotel called me and told me they are full or something and theyll arrange some other hotel. This was just minutes before reaching our destination. Then they gave us a very bad room too and asked me how much i paid and all which is totally unnecessary. I tried to contact the customer support but my problem wasnt listed in the list of queries.

Horrible experience. Both room and bathroom was very stinky. Room was not clean either. There was dust all around. The hotel room as well as outside view was very different to what they show. Also don't opt for breakfast. Instead there is a very good restaurant right next to the hotel.

Staff was nice and cooperative. However, this is the only positive experience I had. rooms were average, no laundry system, they didn't even provide towels and regret on the excuse of laundry unavailability. No drinking water provision, they changed my room in between, no AC, no fan. you have to rely on natural weather of Munnar.

Was good for the money, it's a budget hotel and you can expect a nice room and tv for stay.
Hot water kettle is not available for Deluxe rooms. Cheap and best.

We booked 2 deluxe rooms for 2 days and I must say the rooms are nowhere near shown here. The rooms were damp and smelling. We complained multiple times post which after one day, our rooms were changed.The breakfast is not served in the same hotel, there is another Lumino hotel where you will be served Breakfast which is not mentioned anywhere. You literally have to go out of your hotel to get a complimentary breakfast. There is no kitchen in the hotel so you can't even order food or tea easily. ...more

not too good , no a/c is in room also all bed curtain r torn, hot water only for 2hour and bo near by hotel.bad smell in side the room and there is no view at all in any room.
