stay experience was good here. this property is located in the center of the town with easy access to the lake, market area and restaurants. which makes it very convenient. staff are very kind and friendly. property is well maintained. one drawback is their restaurant has timing, so getting team/ coffee at our requirement is very difficult. if this can be take care, this hotel is an amazing choice to stay.

Its located in the city centre and gives great access to all tourist locations. Room size is small but neatly kept. The total property is well maintained. Food is good quality. Will recommend for ur stay at kodaikanal

Hotel room not provided as shown in time of booking. Room service is not available in the morning. Restaurant start from 2.00 PM. All other things are Ok.

Good stay at Raindrops. Prime location making it easy to walk to the lake as well the nearby eateries. The room is clean and well maintained.

Great Ambience. Book for the best possible suite room as it has a very great view. Friendly staff, they will help u for cabs and nearby food courts.
Lack of restaurant in hotel. No proper internet.

The location of the hotel property is excellent, we stayed in regal deluxe room and they decent in size and clean. A special mention to Mr Jay and Mr Ayal for taking care of all requirements in a prompt way. Entire staff was helpful and amenable.

Best service and cleanliness possible in the heart of kodai town. Everything is at a walking distance. Only thing missing is a view from the room.

hotel is clean and neat. most important location. very nearly from busstand, bazaar & lake. but, room tariff very huge. same hotel other name( other management ) room tarriff below 1000 i stay last year. this time same room with any difference tariff ...with out breakfast. restaurant price also very high. one coffee rs.150 and one cup noodles rs.300
