hotel was not good, location is ok but their deluxe and standard room were not good.
at restaurant they don't have enough staff to manage. But all the staffs are good. hotel amenities are very old and broken. it's not a standard hotel for staying, not value for money.

Zero service. After complaing about the very bad bathroom condition, we were threatened not to ask for any service. I came to know that the rent of the best room here is much less than what I have paid.

i would request not to book a standard non ac room which i did as it is on the ground floor and the housekeeping desk is located just outside these rooms so eveytime till.midnight their phone keeps on ringing and its very difficult to sleep...however if i book this hotel again ill definitely go for the upstairs room but overall the hotel is nice
