Dirty and torn bed sheets. Got it replaced after checking with the reception. But room quality was also below average as all the furniture was quite old

Our stay at RC Regency was OKOK as our expectations were high according to the tariff we paid, we booked two rooms, out of which one is operational with only 1 LED light out 5 in the room, so you can imagine how bright it is, also bedsheets are not clean upto the mark.
if overall I need to review this stay, we got disappointed , so I request you to call them and confirm whether they replaced lights or not as it is the case with their almost all rooms, also confirm for clean Bedsheets and Blankets.

the hotel was good for the stay. the hotel was very close to the railway station, an individual can easily go to the railway station by walking.

Very Poor experience, they didn't turn on the generator when there was power cut, it stayed like this till the light came after 4 hours, they even charged money for toiletries, which is supposed to be basic complimentary thing.

It's a budget hotel, if you go with right expectations, it is alright for stay, Staff is courteous to assist you whatever is available in hotel

It could have been better..
issue with hot water . They say hot water is available 24 hrs but even after complaining we didn't get enough of it they gave excuses... moreover we had also faced electricity issues. I guess they switch off the main switch but they forget to switch on when we come back.
NO ONE AVAILABLE MOST OF THE TIME AT RECEPTION. Bedsheets were also not clean and telephone for communication is also not working.
