stay was good although flooring mattress was not clean enough. i asked them room slipper they could not provide it. food was good and staff is courteous.

Excellent Customer Service. Hassle free check-in. Room was quite spacious with all toiletries available. Complimentary break fast service was awesome.

I'm staying at a Regent hotel 3 Nights nice hotel yummy yummy breakfast staff behaviour is good thanks to the hotel team.

The stay at Regent was comfortable and relaxing. Best for people who want to board international flights as it is 10 mins away from T2 terminal.

Overall experience is not so good, few points hotel management should look into this
1. Hotel restaurent staff keep on staring guest while eating, they make guest uncomfortable while picking food from buffet like they are keeping an eye on guest that how much quantity of food one guest is taking in plate.
2. Slow service asked to bring tea and hot water but request was ignored and guest need to continously follow up keep on remind them
3. No smile on hotel staff while intreactive with guest. Bit rude tone while intreactive with guest.
