stay was seamless , caring and listening staff taking care of guests.
food was also good.
Bathrooms were clean
only change needed is to have king bed insted of queen considering the smaller size.

I stayed with family for a night, hotel is located next to ITC fortune, amazing location, not much crowd and clean beach.
Coming to the hotel
Check in was breezy but check out took some time overall nice experience but the lobby gets crowded a bit.
Rooms are comfortable and has all the modern day hotel amenities, we asked for a room change and it was obliged by the team.
Coming to food part, it's in budget and food is tasty.

staff behaviors are good. got the satisfactory food menu according to our expectations and demand whenever it is for senior citizens or children . room design and locations are just amazing. peaceful environments with maximum spaces both inside and outside the room. overall experience is just woww.....
