cockroach are their. even floor was dusty, even I complaint to the management, but they only change the mattress not broomed . otherwise food was great. telephone connection was not there.

Rude Behavior of the manager, His behavior is not perfect for running a hotel business. some staffs are not happy with it but they can't say anything. Service is not good, it has a power cut problem so much. The restaurant or food is not good on 5th April. We ordered rice, but the rice became ruined they served very bad sour smell rice which was cooked either in the morning.Taste of their food is worst. The fish had also bad smell. We had a pleasant stay at this hotel, with excellent service being the highlight. While the room allocation could be improved - we were given a normal room on the first day and a deluxe room for the remaining two days - overall, it was a comfortable experience.
The staff were courteous and helpful, and we appreciated the lift facility and free WiFi. We didn't dine at the hotel, so can't comment on the food.

We stayed at room no 310. it was a pleasant stay. Room was enough spacious. Staffs are friendly.
Suggestion:The cleanliness of bathroom can be improved and repair intercom .
