good hotel.... near to bus stop... easy access... rooms are neat and clean.... hot water is available in morning only ... good staff very helpful in arranging food and cabs ... good stay for single and couple rooms are little small only for family it seems too small

overall stay was good, our checkin was at 10am but they gave the room at 11am, also next day checkout time was early 9am, worst

it was good and average service for the amount paid
issues we faced
check in time was 10..they gave room at 11 am..
too frequent powercuts which is fine as the weather was rainy but the inverter switch took almost 4 mins to switch too ups supply

"i had a wonderful stay at richwin hotel. the rooms were clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. the staff was friendly, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. the location is perfect—close to major attractions and with a great view. the food at the in-house restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. i highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and pleasant stay!"

I would not suggest to stay with Family. There is not facility provided by the Hotel not even Fan or AC.

Richwin Hotel appears to be a commendable, budget-friendly option for travelers visiting Kodaikanal, primarily due to its excellent location near the bus stand and key tourist spots, as well as its friendly and helpful staff. A significant positive is the surprisingly delicious and reasonably priced food, even with a limited menu. nice place. Family room is best if you are travelling with family. near to tourist spots and lots of options for food nearby.
the room and hot water available.
they also provide room heater.

Awesome Experience. Book Deluxe Room with balcony for good mountain views. Receptionist and hotel staffs are also good and helpful. You can ask in the Reception for sightseeing tour service.
