no proper management .. in such a cold weather …kettle is bare minimum need its not der we have to ask the staff .. one of them was good …the location was very interior

best room near Bus stand...
neat and clean....
highly recommend...
room is neat and clean...
but no proper service...
even for water, you need to go and get yourself...
No drinking water is available even if you check in the room...

The room was cozy and neat. It is enough for couple stay. Anjeppar Hotel is in walkable distance from the Hotel which is convenient.

The rooms are neat and clean but the service provided is very bad.
Be it the basic amenities like water / towel / soap / hot water were provided only after requesting them from my end and that I had to go down to the reception to get the above-mentioned.

there is no proper way, the ways are slope, it is very difficult to get in the hotel, on the way people's are drinking unsafe for the ladies and family members. only by car is possible to the get in the hotel, no wi-fi in the room the hotel staffs are terrible, not even mobile phone net service in the room.

I'm from Chennai, I'm staying Rifaya hotel kodaikanal 4days really nice hotel
near by bus depot, nice staff and they are polite , good service rooms no issues, nice experience for kodai they dropped bus stand also, my experience good hotel people, thank you

Very poor service and lack of response from the staff and the cost paid is not worth in this property. I would not suggest this hotel to any person you can get many other hotels at the same rate .
