Really bad experience when we reached at the hotel for check in, Parking was unavailable due to miss-management of hotel staff, The room i checked in was in a very bad state (see pics plz). Early morning at 6am renovation work started while the hotel rooms heaters were switched off from reception even though it was 10 degrees, i would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Nice hotel.. Almost 13 km from Pahelgam. But the view was amazing. Just in front of River. There is A rafting point in front pf hotel

Centrally heated rooms were nice along with food and staff behaviour. Just In front of the river. you can enjoy a good walk on the river side and surrounding area. 1 star minus because although the rooms were good. Some of the interior decor was old. I.e false ceiling was damaged in some places and the wardrobe had a broken hanger. Had to change the initially assigned room with a mountain view to a backside room with no view as bathroom lights were not working.
