Great Stay. Will surely recommend this place. A great experience. Special shout out to the dining manager and the reception staff for all the help. The place is at a very accessible location and everything is calls distance.

Very bad, their lift has no sensors, one can get stuck or hit by the lift gates. There was loud , very loud live band performing in such small restaurant area near the reception. It was extremely difficult to have conversation with the reception while checking in

We checked in the hotel on Saturday night as we have our exam on Sunday morning , when we had one packed of cashew and almond which we paid for , However we didn’t had Pringles , to which the hotel executive at the counter said that, one packet of pringles was also missing from our room. As we had to check out, we didn’t quarrel too much and simply paid the bill for said pringles too . Hence my experience was bad

Its not worth value for money. Charging five star rates and providing no facilities. Average food stuff and limited choices in breakfast Location of hotel is great and close proximity to Hiranandani , Airport & Powai.. Rooms & food quality and taste were average

Very poor customer service. Everytime water finishes off though having 35 ltrs geyser but when required water not hot. Charging more than double the price for water. Staff rude behaviour. not worth at all

Had arrived early at 10.30am, informed the manager at the desk that we need earl check-in and he said will try. We waited at the restaurant and at 12 pm asked him if we can get early checkin now, he said will check nd let u know, at 1 pm when checked again, he said it will take 15 mins more, we agreed and at 1.30pm, when asked him about the check-in, he called someone as asked do we have vacant room which made us wonder what was he doing all this while if he is asking this question to his collea ...more

They made us wait for about an hour as we reached an hour early, we checked 10 minutes before the check in time and they said the room was not ready. The room was ready literally 1 minute after the checkin time. That was not cool.

the executive deluxe room is one of the best rooms that is available with the hotel and is totally worth every penny. when you open the blinds, it feels like the complete hiranandani complex has come to life in front of you from your room. the bathroom is also of a decent size with a dedicated bathing area with both overhead shower and hand shower. all excess bathroom amenities are provided. the bed is a king size with good mattresses. the room service and housekeeping are really quick.
