room is not too big , even AC cooling is not good , near to bus stand, near to golden temple overall ok

AC was not good overall good but not best need to service of AC of all rooms I saw 5 rooms same problem was there

Extremely disappointing service. At first, the Hotel was denying me check-in because I got it booked online from Goibibo in a cheaper price. They didn't even ask me to pay the extra cost, they just told me that they won't provide me a room. Later, I complained to Goibibo customer service and they spoke to the hotel owner and took about 1 hour time to get the issue sorted. Later, the hotel provided me check-in. But in my booking, free breakfast and free lunch/dinner was also included, which I ask ...more

The staff was very incorporated.and the main issue Wass the vantilaton ....there Wass not airpassing ways in the room and cleanness was very bad and stinky

this hotel is far from Harmindar Saheb.Room size is very good but bedsheets and pillow covers are not clean. Room is smelly.Overall average quality I personally recommend for this hotel.
