1. the blanket was of old railway type 2. toileteries and tea coffee pouches were either missing and whatever was there was very less qty for 2 persons poor food quality 3. no option for housekeeper to bell in place was knocking the door which is irritting 4. breakfast was very poor in terms of variety and range and quality even there was some paper sheet on roof dont know what was hidden behind it

This is a wonderful hotel friendly staff very quick service food was awesome and to my surprise they provide full body massager in each and every room that was too gud

Let's start with the pros: 1. Location: It's about 200m from the railway station and you can just cross the road as soon as you reach the station and you'll be at the hotel. It's also very near Meenakshi Amman temple, Koodal azhagar and the local eateries. 2. Cleanliness 3. Good complimentary breakfast Cons: 1. Slight delay in room service: Not all the time, but the morning coffee was slightly delayed. 2. Cost: Felt that 6k per night was quite expensive.

quality of food for vegetarian not available. room are full of bad smell. air conditioning is not working. pathetic services. no proper cleaning of room. I felt worst position in my life.
