this was the breakfastafter paying 13000+for 2 nights rooms are horrible no proper cleaning or servicebread butter upma and poha with horrible teathis is not a 3 star hotel consider it 1 star hotel,

Rooms are dirty and smelling, AC is also not cooling, only fan is running. swimming pool water is dirty. Even after asking for cleaning the swimming pool they didn't clean it. Staff is polite but not cooperative, they don't have basic need things at hotel and when we asked to get it from market and we will pay, still they are not willing to get it. play area is not maintained. 1cm layer if dust is there at the playing amenities.

not at all hygienic, very small room. Both forest view and pool view rooms are same size but mentioned forest view room 216sqft. Window AC in rooms which is also not working properly. Lift also not working. Complimentary breakfast has only 2 items. Overall worst service.

Staff was very helpful. But hotel is in very bad condition. Seems maintenance is not done since 3-4 years.
