hotel staff and operational manager are the worst.The operational manager does not respect the customer , we had an argument that he pounded on us to hit.he was drunk.

Well maintained room with all necessary amenities.
Helpful staffs and very much welcoming.
The restaurant even if they had limited option the food was good.overall an amazing stay.
Have been taking frequent stays at royal since a year.

we had a pleasant stay at the royal residency. our suite was huge with all amenities provided.
complimentary breakfast was delicious and profuse in amount.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
