It was very bad experience, They didnot allot room in time ,room ambience was not good, conversation with the incharge person Harish was a bad experience. not a good hotel to stay

Hi, the stay of 2 days in Hotel Royale Heritage was nice & the staff were cooperative especially the manager Mr. Hareesh. Overall a good experience.

old hotel without any proper maintenance or renovation. higher price was charged. all the toilet fittings was either broken or damaged. curtain or blinds was not useful.

Not at all what is in the image. Was told that they are just getting back post the covid setback.1. The chair was an old ,dirty one with a hole .Asked if we could get another one but didn't get one.2. The curtains were dirty in the room and the bathroom.3. Hangers were not available in the bathroom and were broken.4. There is no food and drink .5. Looks understaffed with one old man trying to get everything done.6. rooms are not clean and neat. water supply was not there in bathroom. we booked 2 rooms in both the rooms heater was not working they gave immersion rod as alter. they was not plug points in bathroom have to keep that immersion rod in the room itself. we have a 2 year old baby with us. I can't even imagine keeping baby and immersion rod in a single square. very worst experience..
