very very bad hotel with this price. poor hygiene, old property. i spend so much for this cheap hotel.

The bedsheet was old and thrown, The pillow and towels was very dirty Dont stay Inspite Mount Abu doesnt have good hotels Dont know will i go next time, Their hotel quality is very very bad

worst ever ....best is only food quality and service, location was okay.Cold Water Problem in all Taps in morning time , no cold water in single tap (6-3-2021) ..problem solved after waste my 2 hours,AC problem ,Garden closed.bad point was hotel arrange outer guest party in hotel banquet hall no complementary dental kit available over all waste of money avoid this

Was not upto the mark as per 3 star hotel. Room was not proper given . in that room , tv was not working , they shifted other room then also network issue there. complimentry breakfast issue. but they not provide break fast on check out date and break fast was limited only 2 item we can get which is not specify in it. welcome drinks also they not provide. need to improve everything starting from services to food .

very. ..worst experience... no any facility .... no bath kit available... we demand for bath.. they are providing second day... rooms need very maintenance no room service bath rooms also very durty lights also not proper working they are providing water in open jug over all not up-to mark which we expense for that.. very worst experience... never suggest anyone

I was unhappy with their customer service.I booked luxary room for 2 nights for ...didnt get proper house keeping.i have to ask for the towels at late night. Washrooms exhaust fan wire got tripped out and rooms light went off the guy didn't even fixed next day.they charge us 1000rs for extra 3 hours check ins.The team just want money instead of giving proper service . The WIFI was dumb didn't even show their hotel name and won't connect to the phone.

Overall good experience, Yudhistir evening manager’s service is very great....in the morning when I checked out I waited for like 10 mins no-one was at counter and when I called the number mentioned on the counter they said its not possible there is always one person at counter. I mean you can camera there was noone anyways thats not a problem. The thing I want to mention is that of having 4 star hotel there was no facility that they can call me taxi to bus stop. however i can not suggest to stay. it's not worth. Food quality very bad & mainly it's not hygienic. Location is far from main market. can not go by walk.
