There is no plus point for this hotel, sadly. The bed was very badly made, the carpet was full of hair and dirty. No heating arrangement despite very cold atmosphere. Glasses of windows are 3rd class and anybody can see you inside and even hear your talks and you can too hear passing by people.I paid 1000 rs for breakfast for 2 and got dry breads as sanwitches and oily poha. Nothing else in my two days stay.NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!

View and room sizes are good .. also the service is fine but they can improve on amenities provided like washroom kit, balcony chair etc to have more comfortable stay . Food was average , too oily sometime so we skipped and ate outside even after taking one meal+breakfast plan . Staff is helpful though !

many limitations on basic amenities. Such weather conditions need acute facilities. Rooms with balcony actually found with public road and garbage view.

Very bad hotel and don't recommend this hotel at all. The rating should be given below zero. Service is very poor and even food is unhygienic such as you will get hairs and insects in food.

I had a fantastic stay at Rufina Lachung Kunga! The hotel staff was incredibly helpful, the place was spotlessly clean, and they provided all the necessary amenities. In a location like Lachung, where electricity can be a challenge, this hotel stood out as the best choice for a comfortable stay in the chilly weather. Highly recommended!
