Room was good and the hygiene level was also satisfactory. The staff was amateur and rude. The room allotment was on third floor and parking n midnight they started some furniture moving on the terrace. After one hour the reception was contacted and they stopped the noise. Next night there was a sound early in the morning in room no 3002. Reception was contacted but they failed to stop the noise. Located on GMS road , around 2-4 km from clock tower and rajpur road the mail happening area . Amole parking space . Staff is very good and supportive. Rooms are big spacious and very clean . Restaurant is very good , food is very tasty . View from room was also good.

The hotel is located at 4km near ISBT. The rooms are spacious, well lit and washrooms are clean. The food served at the hotel is just brilliant. The breakfast boufet is standard. The staff is friendly and helpful.
