I recently stayed at Saffron Stays for one night, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The main issue was that the air conditioning in my room was not working, which made for an incredibly uncomfortable stay in the hot and humid weather. Despite informing the staff about the problem, there was no resolution or alternative offered till nighttime, leaving us to endure a sleepless in sweltering conditions. It was a great stay. Food quality and quantity both were excellent. View from balcony was fine. The management should ensure each room have good WiFi coverage as the one which we got had really bad coverage.

The place is quaint. Situated on a slope. The rooms are small but adequate. It may get a bit hot in the afternoon even with air conditioning on due to the fact that the tents absorb heat. The bathrooms are hygienic with a great tub. Since there are no places around to eat at limiting your options , we opted to eat all meals at the hotel. The meals were homely and not heavy at all which we liked.
